Description: A file manager for version 6.0 of Microsoft Word
for Windows. The program allows you to perform more than a
dozen file-management operations without having to switch to
the Windows File Manager. You can open, move, copy, rename,
print, delete, undelete and back up files. You can create,
rename and delete Word directories. Any directory on any
hard drive can be designated as your master directory. You
have access to all Word documents in the master directory and
in subdirectories as many as four levels below the master
directory.
This release replaces version 1.4
Registration fee: $15.
Users with MasterCard or Visa accounts can register toll-free
by telephone. CompuServe registration is also available. (See
READ_1ST.TXT.)
Registered users are entitled to unlimited telephone support and
to discounts on upgrade registrations. Each registered user
receives printouts of the program documentation and an
uncompressed copy of the program on a 3.5 disk.
Conditions: Individual users may copy and distribute the program
so that others can try it on the conditions described in the file
LICENSE.FMJ. The program must be copied in its entirety when so
distributed.
BBS systems are granted blanket distribution rights.
Disk vendors are bound by the following five conditions:
1. A distributor may charge no more than $10 for the program.
2. A distributor may not modify program files.
3. A distributor must stop selling the program immediately on
notice from the author.
4. When a distributor receives an updated version of the program,
the distributor must stop distributing the previous version.
5. Distributors must identify the program as shareware. The
shareware concept must be explained in any catalog in which
the program is listed and in any advertisement in which the
program is named. The program must be identified as the
product of a member of the ASP.
Special file: The package includes a file called READ_1ST.TXT.
When the program is distributed by disk, the disk label should
tell the user: "Print READ_1ST.TXT."
